Upgrade or Install?

I'm sorry for asking in another topic instead of the main. But no ones seeing or answering the main and I need it answered before attempting install tonight.

Is it Upgrade or Clean install? The one here http://www.ex.ua/view/26990?r=24100
is what I downloaded.

Because I'm trying to get upgrade so I don't have to go through trouble of backing up files and programs.
But if it's a clean-install only, don't want to accidently wipe everythng.
So is that Upgrade or Clean... or somehow both?

So far all my downloaded give me a choice to do upgrade or clean install.
In fact, it always suggested upgrade.  I have followed Window 7's way back from last year.
