For those that want to download them. Microsoft rolled out Windows 10 build 10122 a few hours back, but this version of the preview was only made available for users enrolled in the Fast ring.
Which is another way of saying that standalone ISO files for this build were not released.
However, the community has been quick to compile unofficial variants — these have been built using the original ESD files that Microsoft released yesterday, so you can now perform a clean install of the operating system if you want to.
Besides, it saves users the trouble to first deploy and older version of Windows 10 and then upgrade to build 10122 from there, particularly those with slow download speeds.
As has been case before with these unofficial ISO links, it is worth keeping in mind that these have not been released by Microsoft and are hosted on Mega, meaning they can be deleted or taken down without notice.
