BUILD 2016 Dates Confirmed As March 30 To April 1
« on: December 07, 2015, 05:59:02 PM »
Let the good times roll! Microsoft has fired up the website for BUILD 2016, confirming that the developer conference will take place from March 30 to April 1.

Once again, in San Francisco.

What this means is that the previous dates that were hinted at turned out to be off.

By a day here and there.

Those were provided earlier this year via a listing on the Moscone Center website, which had the anticipated conference getting underway on March 29. But Microsoft ended up choosing the day of Wednesday, March 30, 2016 for this event.

Basically only 117 days remain.

Or rather, 3 months, 3 weeks and 5 days.

So mark your calendars.

And once again, the technology giant has chosen the Moscone Center as the venue for the event, which is sure to attract developers from all over the world. Too early to say what the focus will be this time around, but the buzz is certain to pick up once registrations open.

Say, sometimes around January.

We can expect the company to talk about the next incremental update to Windows 10, as well as solutions like Universal Windows apps, HoloLens and Visual Studio, among others.

Microsoft has not yet opened bookings, but the company has a mailing list that you can join if you wish to attend BUILD 2016 and want to be notified about proceedings.

You can do so by whisking yourself over to here.
