Microsoft started rolling out the Windows 10 Creators Update just earlier this week. The company has already started testing the upcoming update for Windows 10, codenamed Redstone 3. Redmond released a preview build of Redstone 3 to Windows Insiders last week, and it’s today releasing the second build of Redstone 3.

Today, Microsoft is releasing Windows 10 build 16176 for PCs and build 15204 for Mobile devices. Build 15204 is actually the first Redstone 3 build for Mobile devices, which is a bit unexpected since Microsoft is yet to start the official rollout of the Creators Update for Windows 10 Mobile devices. But the big news? Well, Microsoft is not going to release anymore Windows 10 Insider Preview builds for most Windows Phone devices from now on. Yep, you read that right.

In terms of the features, both build 16176 and 15024 doesn’t bring anything major, and it only focuses on bug fixes and other minor improvements. Microsoft is currently busy making improvements to Windows 10’s OneCore, so don’t expect any major new features to show up in the next couple of builds. There is, however, a new feature for Windows 10 PCs if you use Bash and the Windows Subsystem for Linux which now lets you access Windows COM ports. Apart from that, there isn’t anything new for Windows 10 PCs or Mobile devices — but you can find the full list of changes and improvements here.

If you are a Windows Insider in the Fast Ring, you will be able to get the Windows 10 build 16176 for your PC from Windows Update. And if you own a Windows Phone, make sure that your device is supported by the Insider Program before checking for updates as it supports only 11 mobile devices now.
