Acer today announced a flood of new devices. The company announced new notebooks, new convertibles, new games, new monitors, a new smartwatch, and even a 360-degree camera at an event in New York City. The company didn’t really detail any of the new products at the event properly, but more details regarding the new products are available now, and they are very interesting — especially the new devices for its Predator line. Predator is Acer’s line of gaming computers, so the devices are quite expensive and have some really high specs.

Firstly, let's talk about the new Predator X27 monitor — it’s the company’s newest 4K monitor, and it’s a beast. The display comes with HDR, NVIDIA G-Sync support, Quantum Dot technology, and obviously: a 27-inch display. Acer is also launching the new Predator Z271UV today, which also sports the Quantum Dot tech and an immersive 1800R curved panel.

Featuring Quantum Dot technology, both monitors offer a significantly wider, brighter and more accurate color range, with the Predator X27 supporting 99% of the Adobe RGB color space, and Predator Z271UV covering 130% of the sRGB color space

Both monitors provide smooth and stutter-free gameplay thanks to NVIDIA G-SYNC, while NVIDIA ULMB (Ultra-Low Motion Blur) creates sharper, more realistic images

In addition to the new monitors, Acer is also launching a new gaming notebook. Meet the new Predator Triton 700 — a thin gaming laptop from Acer that sports a 15.6-inch full-HD IPS panel. The device also comes with Intel’s latest and greatest Core processors, the latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10-Series graphics cards, and Thunderbolt 3. More importantly, the device includes a mechanical keyboard which is definitely a huge feature with some gamers.

And lastly, there’s the powerful new Helios 300. It comes in two sizes: a 15.6-inch variant, and a 17.3-inch variant, both of which sport an FHD IPS display similar to the Triton 700. You can get either the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or the 1050Ti with the Helios 300, Intel’s Core 7th gen Core i7 or Core i5 processors, and Acer’s Dual AeroBlade 3D fans to keep the device cool.

The Predator Helios 300 gaming notebooks with a 17.3-inch display will be available in Europe, Middle East, and Asia this August starting at €1,199, while the Predator Triton 700 will start at €3,399, but pricing details for the monitors aren’t available yet.
