Build 2017: Ubuntu is coming to the Windows Store
« on: May 11, 2017, 07:26:07 PM »

At Build 2017 today Microsoft announced that Ubuntu is coming to the Windows Store for developers, and that Suse and Fedora are coming to the Windows Subsystem for Linux. Terry Myerson displayed on stage that with Ubuntu in the Windows Store, Microsoft will simplify and make it easier for all developers to have the proper tools to run and develop Windows and Linux apps side by side. He also explained that be it developing Windows apps, or Linux apps, this will make Windows 10 the most productive environment ever.

Developing story…. more to come…
