Microsoft releases new firmware update for the Surface Pro device

Microsoft today released the first firmware update for the newly launched Surface Pro device.  This firmware update revises system power reporting. This update will appear in the name of “Surface – Firmware –233.1763.257.0” in the Windows Update History page.
