Microsoft released new Windows Server Insider Build 16257 to Insiders. This build includes support for Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) allowing developers and admins to run unmodified Linux (ELF64) binaries natively.

This build also includes the Delivery Optimization feature which has been part of Windows client since the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Delivery Optimization enables faster and more reliable downloads making use of peer-to-peer bandwidth optimization between Windows Server machines. You can enable peer-to-peer downloads by following the below step.

Go to Settings -> Update & Security -> Advanced Options -> Delivery Optimization and turn ON the toggle to Allow downloads from other PCs.
