Microsoft is releasing the first ever Windows 10 Redstone 4 build to some Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring. Windows Insiders who joined Skip Ahead on the Windows Insider program will be getting the new Windows 10 build 16353 right now.
Windows 10 Redstone 4, for those unfamiliar, is going to be the next major update for the OS after the Fall Creators Update. With the Fall Creators Update set to release sometime in early October, Microsoft is currently busy polishing the update. However, work on the next release has already started and Windows Insiders can now test those changes by joining Skip Ahead. The Redstone 4 update doesn’t have any official name yet, but it’ll be released in early 2018 — sometime around March/April.
It’s important to note that you can’t join Skip Ahead right now as Microsoft has limited the numbers of Windows Insiders that can join the group. The company doesn’t have any plans to open up Skip Ahead for new registrations in the future.

The first build of Windows 10 Redstone 4 does not include any major new features and it only includes the usual bug fixes. As Microsoft is in the very early stages of development at the moment, don’t expect to see any major changes in the upcoming Redstone 4 builds either.
