An Internal document confirms Intel 9th Gen Core i3 and i5 Processors

Less than a year ago, Intel announced the 8th Generation of processors and it looks like the company is already working on 9th Generation.

The leak comes from an internal document which shows that the 9th Generation Intel processor is already in works. The document which was supposed to be a guide on recent microcode updates also shows Intel 9th Generation processors on the bottom. Specifically, the document details the following chips:

• Intel Core i5-9400

• Intel Core i5-9400T

• Intel Core i5-9500

• Intel Core i5-9600

• Intel Core i5-9600K

• Intel Core i3-9000

• Intel Core i3-9100



The 9th Generation just looks like a refreshed version of the existing Coffee Lake processors and will make it’s way to the market in 2019. It’s still too early to comment on the performance of the upcoming chipsets but they will have better performance than the 8th Generation.
