Huawei Honor 10 is a pretty controversial smartphone since it’s basically big enough to be a tablet and even compete with one, at 6.9 inches. Oddly enough, its first appearance in leaked live shots involves a comparison with the Nintendo Switch. Check out the shots.

The Honor was already gunning for gaming, with a recently launched 8 GB RAM model and the GPU Turbo thing. When I first saw these new pics, I was spooked by the fact that the device may end up having its own sort of Joy Cons. The screen of the newcomer is pretty similar to the Nintendo Switch one, albeit the whole device is much slimmer.

There’s no bezel-less approach here and the specs are pretty solid, including a 6.9-inch QHD+ screen (better than the Switch’s HD), 24 MP selfie camera and a combo of 24 MP + 16 MP back camera. We also get a 6000 mAh battery and a Kirin 970 CPU, already seen on the Huawei P20 Pro flagship and the Mate 10 Pro last year. There’s also 128 GB of storage and 6 GB of RAM.

From what I can see the device’s length and width is higher than the Nintendo Switch ones, but once again the thickness favors it. And also it runs some Battle Royale and title and Arena of Valor if my eyes aren’t mistaking me. Give this baby a price below $350 and you’ve got a hit.
