Microsoft's Chromium-based Edge Browser has been available as a beta version for Windows 10 for a few months now. The Canary Build, the earliest development strand, has also been supporting Windows ARM natively for a few weeks. The dev version followed shortly after.

Microsoft's new Edge (Chromium) browser will be released to the public on January 15th. In our editorial team, the beta symbol has already disappeared from some members.

This change does not seem to depend on the version. With the same version, the edge browser still shows the beta tag for one of our editors, but not for another:





With a little more than two weeks before the official release, it is quite possible that Microsoft will make the beta symbol disappear here with some testers.
