Geting rid of OEM software!

Here are the steps on how to have a fresh version of Windows 7.

1. Back up your files.

2. Download the OEM version of the edition of Windows 7 that came pre-installed on your computer.

3. Once the ISO has been downloaded, burn the image to disc by clicking on the ISO and the Windows ISO burner should come up. You will need a blank DVD.

4. Restart your computer and go to the boot menu option and select 'DVD Drive'.

5. Once the instalation has been completed and when it asks you for the product key, type in the key that is on the COA sticker.

6. Once the desktop loads up, right click on Computer and go to Properties and scroll down to the 'Windows Activation' section.

7. Click on Activate Windows and you should get a message saying that you can't activate online. However, phone activation will generate a Product ID so you can activate it.

8. You have now got a clean and genuine version of Windows 7!

Question there SAM?
doing it your way. if you run cmd (as admin), and slmgr.vbs -dli  what do you have?
then if you run slmgr.vbs -xpr what do you have?

I did went back to my PB version but it was activated when I clicked on properties.
