Toshiba has introduced an 8-inch; named Encore, to be released in November, i.e. after few weeks of official release of Windows 8.1 on October 18 this year. This is the second of 8” tablet. Previously, we have seen Acer Iconia W3 which also has 8” screen and almost similar specs.
