Title: World of Warcraft hacked, results in massive city deaths

Yes, its a slow news day but thats not stopping hackers who were apparently able to cause massive city deaths in the popular game, World of Warcraft. Thanks to an in-game exploit, which has now been fixed by Blizzard, characters in some of the games major cities were instantly killed off.

As you can see from the screenshot above, the in-game exploit caused massive city deaths. "Earlier today, certain realms were affected by an in-game exploit, resulting in the deaths of player characters and non-player characters in some of the major cities. This exploit has already been hotfixed, so it should not be repeatable. It's safe to continue playing and adventuring in major cities and elsewhere in Azeroth," Blizzard stated in an official blog post. The company is taking this very seriously and is undergoing an investigation to see how this happened. If you play this game, were you able to see the exploit taking place?
