Disable Service's That Slow Down Your PC

Hi I've found a site that tells you what service u can disable and what should be left on manual or automatic, my brother in law use it with XP and I've just tested it on Windows 7 and perfect' so here you go

Black Viper has been around for years going back to Windows 98 in my memory, and has appeared on TV shows a number of times here in the States.  You can trust what he lists on his site.

Yeah he goes back a long way.
I can remember tweaking services years ago using Black Viper's suggestions  ::)
Certainly one to be trusted.
