Now Safe for Jailbreak Users
After releasing iTunes 10.2 last week, Apple today has released iTunes 10.2.1 for both Windows and Mac. This version of iTunes is more likely to be a bug-fix release than anything else.

• Sync with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.3.
• Improved Home Sharing. Browse and play from your iTunes libraries with Home Sharing on any iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.3.

Those of you who rely on a iPhone/iPad/iPod touch jailbreak can safely update to this version of iTunes without having to worry about it breaking the jailbreak.
iTunes 10.2.1 will be required by iPad 2 once it is released on March 11, along with iOS 4.3.
