Network and Home network

Until now I find out that to correctly run Homegroup in W7, even if it work with 2 PC, 1 with XP and 1 with w7, u have to have the 2 PC booth working W7. Before, when booth PC where logged on at the same network It was hard to c the PC runing XP on the PC running W7. I could c the PC running W7 on the PC running XP. Strange, but that what hapend to me. Now, when booth on W7, no trouble at all.
