Microsoft BUILD Tour Brings The Event To Your City
« on: April 08, 2015, 02:17:39 AM »
BUILD is scheduled for later this month, with Microsoft’s annual developer event set to take place in San Francisco. The company will talk about everything from Windows 10 to IoT and beyond.

With tickets selling out at breakneck speeds, this year’s event is sure to be as action packed as ever.

However, this time around, the company has announced BUILD Tour for people that cannot attend the event. The idea is to bring the highlights from developer sessions and keynotes to more people, and these gatherings will include coding sessions and partner showcases.

Microsoft engineers will also be available here to answer questions.

The tour kicks off on May 18, and lasts for almost a month. Here are the 23 different cities that will play host to the BUILD Tour this year:

 • London, England (May 18)

  • New York, USA (May 18)

  • Atlanta, USA (May 20)

  • Sao Paulo, Brazil (May 21)

  • Berlin, Germany (May 22)

  • Mexico City, Mexico (May 27)

  • Singapore, Singapore (May 28)

  • Austin, USA (May 29)

  • Auckland, New Zealand (May 30)

  • Sydney, Australia (Jun 1)

  • Seoul, Korea (Jun 1)

  • Paris, France (Jun 1)

  • Shanghai, China (Jun 3)

  • Beijing, China (Jun 5)

  • Prague, Czech Republic (Jun 5)

  • Mumbai, India (Jun 8 )

  • Milan, Italy (Jun 10)

  • Bangalore, India (Jun 10)

  • Chicago, USA (Jun 10)

  • Johannesburg, South Africa (Jun 12)

  • Toronto, Canada (Jun 12)

  • Los Angeles, USA (Jun 15)

As global as event as any!

If you live near any of these cities and plan to attend for the event, it is best to register as early as possible. These local sessions will likely be smaller than the main BUILD 2015, with limited seats.
