Get the Windows 7 Calculator for Vista

The Windows 7 calculator certainly has a lot of new features that could be useful to everyone. The editor behind DailyGyan managed to make this calculator “portable” so you can have it running on Vista. I’ve tried running it on XP but it wouldn’t run. There are two ways you can have the calculator running on your computer:


1) As a standalone app

2) Replace the old calculator with this new one:

To do this, you need to make a backup of C:\Windows\System32\calc.exe

Then replace it with the new one included in the zip file. You also need to backup C:\Windows\System32\en-US\calc.exe.mui and replace it with the one included in the zip file.
