Nokia Asha 400 Just Killed the Walkmans and iPods
« on: September 27, 2014, 08:48:19 PM »

There’s no shortage of David Quijada concept phones here and they don’t even have to be smartphones to be impressive. He imagined the device below, the Nokia Asha 400, a lower end music oriented device, that somehow squeezes Windows Phone on it.

The product has an IPS display, with a 720 x 480 pixel resolution, WiFi, FM radio, 4G LTE and Bluetooth 4.0. There’s a Snapdragon quad core 1.2 GHz processor inside, 2 GB of RAM and a chassis that measures 14 mm in thickness. Yes, the device is bulky, but it looks like a perfect iPod replacement. It’s chic and old school at the same time and something you could actually wear on a belt and not be ashamed of.

There’s 16 GB of storage inside and an 8 megapixel back camera with Carl Zeiss lens included. The product comes in a variety of colors and it even supports some useful apps like Whatsapp, Internet Explorer, Xbox Music and Email. Please, Microsoft make this happen!
