Calculator bug

I have a problem with my calculator now after I was trying to mess around to learn to convert binary number to a whole number and the whole number to binary number... and then after I restart after I cleaned my pc with Ccleaner, Yahoo! Anti-spy, and defragmenting my hard drive, I'm missing a few things.  Its in the scientific form.  Here is a pic...  compare the difference between your and mine and tell me something about it.
