A new ASUS 2 in 1 tablet has appeared, dubbed ASUS T302CA and it has just leaked via official pictures and specs, as shown below. This model is supposed to be part of the Chi series and it’ll also be known as T302C or T302 Chi.
This model comes with a keyboard dock that has a pogo pin type connector and integrates two full size USB A ports. The keyboard has a battery that serves to double the battery life of the device. The product is made of aluminum, with satin finish and diamond cut edges, plus it’s reasonably slim. This is a 12.5 inch Full HD unit, with a Core M Skylake generation CPU inside, 4 GB of RAM and 128 SSD storage.
The OS here is Windows 10 Home and there will also be a business version with an Intel Core M7-6Y75 processor, that brings Windows 10 Pro and 8 GB of RAM, as well as 256 GB of SSD. The starting price will be 699 euros and it’s not very clear if this model will be part of the Transformer Book series or not. Will the Chi series be merged within the ZenBooks? I guess we’ll learn that in a few weeks.
