Cannot install Windows 8.1 Udpate 1!

My new Novatech Nspire laptop arrived today and I'm having issues trying to install the update. I'm not sure why it's not letting me install this update!

I have managed to install all other updates fines. Do you think I should download the latest updated ISOs with 8.1 update 1 and install it with it?
