Windows 8’s full & final version would be released in October 2012. Although, major news but, still not a big surprise that Windows 8 would be released in October as reported by Bloomberg. We have previously heard this news from Lenovo who may be the first company to release the Windows 8 ARM based Tablet on very first day of Windows 8’s release which is suggested to be October 2012.

The software giant, Microsoft, would release the next OS, Windows 8 in October 2012. It was previously expected that Windows 8 would be released in October as almost three complete years would be passed since the release of Windows 7. Microsoft may not want not break the chain of releasing a new OS every three years.

On the other hand, we have also heard news from hardware manufacturers like Lenovo and Nokia who are ready to release Window 8 powered hardware which in both cases is an ARM based Tablet.

Lenovo’s ARM based Windows 8 tablet is expected to be the first one of its kind and also the first Windows device to be powered by ARM processor. It is expected to be released on the very first day of Windows 8′s release.

Nokia is also reportedly planning to release a 10 inch Windows 8 ARM Based Tablet in fourth quarter of 2012 which would be the first one by the mobile giant, Nokia. Looks like, there would be a tough competition between Nokia and Lenovo on ARM based Windows 8 Tablets.
