Windows is stuck at black screen.

Ok, so i have two users.
iChristian
iFire
and, iChristian, is stuck at a black screen with my cursor and it keeps my documents open. I dont know what to do to fix it. my ifire account is normal. How do i fix my other account?!

have you  recently installed new software?
when you restart the computer into this acct, does it return to this state?
what did you do or what were you doing before this happened?
this should NOT have any effect but disable iFire in administraative tools > computer management > local users and groups and restart system should start in iChristian

no i havemt
yes oit is stuck at black screen with explorer and cursor.
nothing, i restarted my computer because it was beeping and being slow
disable ifire? but its my only operable account

and these things keep going
"CONGRATS U WON!" and "IQ CHALLENGE?" i cant find whats doing it but in volume thing when its playing its "NAme not availible"

will it start in safe mode?  if so start in safe mode and run a scan or try system restore to a time it was working properly.
if it will start in safe mode you could always enable iFire once again
if possible in safe mode check event log, it just might tell you something
check video card  drivers and make sure they are up to date.

"CONGRATS U WON!" and "IQ CHALLENGE?" = just pop ups from web browsing but you should have been able to close them

thanks ill try it. but no its not in my browser. when its just forefpx and im only on facebook it comes up/ ramdomly

Had a similar problem with Vista awhile back.  Screen was completely black but I was still able to open the task manager, which revealed nearly every service was disabled (including one required to re-enable all the other ones...  ).  Try booting in safe mode and give Malwarebytes a whirl.

all i needed to do was run explorer in the task manager. but, what happened before the problem was

"msngr.dll" cannot be found. it was not in the system

and it just popped up again..
