CES 2014: The first curved tablet may look like this; Samsung Galaxy Tab Round

After we saw some curved Smart TVs and the first curved smartphones, like the Samsung Galaxy Round or the LG G Flex, it seems that we are ready to get to the next level, curved tablets. This design showed in the pictures below may be used on the first curved slate from Samsung.



This curved tablet design it’s based on Galaxy TabPRO 8.4 inch. The first design patents that Samsung had registered for a curved or flexible slate have been filled in early 2012 in the Patent Registration No. 30-0640758.



Also, in February last year, Samsung had filled an application for a tablet with a folded shape. We should see if this concept will be become real in the next few years.
