Yesterday, Microsoft revealed the
Xbox One X, the most powerful console ever created. Since its launch, the PlayStation 4 Pro has struggled to reach the 4K resolution with only a handful of titles supporting it on Sony’s console. However, Microsoft blew expectations out of the water when they announced dozens of 4K games for Project Scorpio…we mean Xbox One X. Here’s a list of all games that we know are going to be 4K.
Anthem
Ashen
Ark: Survival Evolved
The Artful Escape of Francis Vendetti
Assassin’s Creed Origins
Astroneer
Black Desert

Slime Rancher
State of Decay 2
Super Lucky’s Tale
Superhot

Titanfall 2
Warhammer: Vermintide
We Happy Few
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
World of Tanks
We would include games like Call of Duty: WWII, Code Vein, Destiny 2, Far Cry 5 and Star Wars: Battlefront II but the developers haven’t revealed details about the resolution. Given the fact that even a game like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt can run at native 4K on Xbox One X, Call of Duty: WWII, Destiny 2 and others should also run at native 4K on the console. It’s surprising how in a day Microsoft has over 60 confirmed native 4K games for Xbox One X. If we go with some of the rumored titles, then that number approaches 100. The Xbox One X is definitely the ultimate console and absolutely blows Sony’s attempt away!
