Title: Windows 7 build 7022
Post by: javajolt on February 23, 2009, 11:14:11 PM
Howdy Y'all,

I was able to download build 7022 from PirateBay in 1hr and 20mins, then burned it using imgburn.  I installed it on a spare computer using a fresh HDD and did a clean install.

From start to 2nd restart (finish) was approx. 37 minutes did not complete the CD I was listening to.  From pushing the on button to the morphed Windows Logo is 42 seconds, total install is 8.72GB.  Bare Bones Vista CANNOT boost any where near these stats.

I am still in the process of installing software, and so far no problems there either.  I will post the software list in the appropriate category once completed.

I am loving this OS more and more on a daily basis, as I said before, I would pay for it today if I could.  Have been selling Win7 (once RTM is released) it to clients and have 3 lined up when it is released... :)
