Title: "Have you tweaked your OS lately" asks BlackViper

Back in the old days when we used XP there was a site run by BlackViper.
BlackViper was/is well thought of and gave lots of tips and advice.
He closed down for a while and maybe you lost touch.

He's up and running again and I see he has done his usual with Seven.
