Title: Change W7 Starter Scrolling Start-Up Bars To Swirling Dots

I upgraded a W7Starter system to Home Premium using the Anytime Upgrade feature.  It went well.  One feature that didn't change is the scrolling start-up bars that Starter had (like in Vista).  I would like to get the swirling color dots instead.  Is this a simple registry mod?

The answer to this is it cannot be done because this is on a Netbook which has a max resolution of 1024 x 600.  It requires at least 1024 x 768 to get the swirling dots at boot up.
