From Wales-UK here

I've had win 7 running for a several weeks but removed it only yesterday because my mcaffee virus scanner wouldn't work.  I only recently realised that I had a mcaffe 3month subscription, which was supplied for free with my laptop.  I wonder if the new leak fixes this incompatibility?

Note from Admin.
I'm using AVG Free it works fine

Howdy and welcome to the forum...

If you are looking for a decent but cheap Internet Security package try Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 - I have just bought another 3 user license (1 year subscription) from amazon's uk website for less than £18.

The nice thing with the Kaspersky products is that you are entitled to any new version of their products if you have a valid subscription... so when they release the 2010 version your 2009 license will work as long as your subscription is still valid.

It's also a great product that uses very little system resources and works well on older machines.

Good luck choosing the right AV product... !
