It was just 3 days back when we got news about Windows 8 build 7964. And now it seems that the compilation of another Windows 8 build has taken place. According to Zukona the latest build compiled is build 7968. The complete build string is 6.2.7968.0.winmain_win8m3.110318-1830 which states that the build was compiled on March 18.
