How to unlock the Webcam function:
Hit the Start Orb
Search field: enter REGEDIT
Registry will open.
Surf to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\GRE_Initialize
create a DWORD value called "RemoteFontBootCacheFlags", set its value to 0x100f (4111)
then run webcam.exe
