Title: upgrading build 7000 to 7022
Post by: lollebol on February 27, 2009, 09:43:36 AM
Iso's of build 7022 are leaked to the internet a while ago, and i have found out that its possible to upgrade the beta build to this one by burning the iso to a cd, open it via computer and simply press the upgrade button when it comes up in the installation window.

I tried this on an older laptop and it took nearly one hour to fully run again.
no errors so far but you might have to reactivate windows with your beta key.

actually it is recommended that you do a clean install of windows
then you will have a clean start so no problems at all mate ;) ;D
an upgrade is just the best option for those who dont have time for the clean install and the rest of the duty after windows is installed:drivers, software ,tweaking, etc
