If you are using Windows 7, you can enjoy a similar boot screen using following steps:

1. Download the Windows 8 boot screen pack here:

Download Link (http://www.multiupload.com/OH8BD7QKNY)

2. Extract the ZIP file using WinRAR or 7-zip and run “Win7BootUpdater.exe” file. This is software that changes the Windows 7 boot screen.

3. Now select “Static Image” option from drop-down list in “Animation” and select “animation.png” file from the downloaded pack using browse box.

4. Now select “Complete” option from drop-down list in “Method”. Click on “Select Background Image” button and select “boot screen.png” file from the downloaded pack using browse box.

5. Do the same for “Resuming” tab.

6. At last click on “Apply” button and restart your system.
