According to the information available the latest build compiled is Windows 7 build 7268 whose build string is 6.1.7268.0.win7_rtm.090701-1900 and the build was compiled on 1st July.

Even a new build has been compiled in the winmain_sp branch, build string being 6.1.7234.0.winmain_sp.090701-2012 which was also compiled on 1st July.
