Title: Hello, from "The Banks of The Wabash"
Post by: Goofproof on July 11, 2009, 04:51:34 AM
we are retired and tired, been learning computers by hands on since Commodore 64 was a pup. I've been building my own computers for 5 years, after a lesson on how bad you take it to let one of the major corp build you a computer.

I download a lot, mostly T.V. video, that I use with My Books, and DVD Players with USB ports. I have about 4 TB of video stored in .avi format. Quite a few hours! Bought a new laptop hated vista on it, now running Win 7, much improved. Vista the new ME, just not as buggy!

Spent my life working on things, 10 years Ford Mechanic, 20 Surface Mining Heavy Mechanic, Reclamation Hauling and Drilling and Blasting. Viet Nam Vet 1966 Di An 1St Inf. Div, 1St Med HHC, 63B20
