To run a program with administrator privileges is quite simple, and you have a couple different options.
Option 1: Right click the program you wish to run and select from the right click menu, Run As Administrator
Option 2: Open a run dialog by either using the shortcut key Win+R or select run from the start menu (not always shown) then type the full location/name of the file you want to run (e.g. C:\Program Files\7-zip\7zFM.exe) and select run.
