Ways to 'get your Twitter on' are a dime a dozen, but the one I've been using, and liking, is TwInbox. TechHit.com's free TwInbox is a Twitter client for Outlook that treats incoming tweets like emails. I kind of like this because I'm already used to scanning hundreds of emails for gold coins and each tweet includes web address, location, the tweeter's bio and their most recent following/followers/updates stats. This lets me get better barings on some of the people I'm following but can't for the life of me remember why or who they are. With TwInbox, you can update your status, archive and group tweets, search, and use Outlooks Reply and ReplyAll to send dm and @replies. It also will shorten your URLs with TinyURL and flag @replies and dm as high importance so you find them easily.
