Once you get to the Metro interface in Windows 8, you can select the Video application.
The initial App Preview splash screen comes up..

Then you have to agree to the Video Beta Program Agreement. Who reads this stuff anyway...you click Accept.

Once again, you are exposed to a Metro set of video tiles where you can select a movie (very similar to the music application).

Clicking on a movie gives you the option to buy or rent it or play it on the Xbox.
It also shows you the synopsis of the movie in question.
