If OS X and IOS are so superior why do fanibois want an inferior OS like Windows running on their precious overrated equipment?

Did you know you can use Windows 8 on your iPad?

Windows 8 is at a beta stage, or “Consumer Preview” and I guess you wish there would be  a way to use the platform on your iPad.

Of course, as Apple says, there´s an app for that. Win8 Metro Testbed is a software available at the App Store that lets you mirror Windows 8, installed on your computer, on your iPad allowing you to:

• Swipe from the right to view the Charms menu

• Swipe from the left to switch apps

• Pull down from the top to close an app

• Swipe slowly from the left to run two apps side-by-side (“snapping”)

• Pinch to navigate files, folders, apps and data with Semantic Zoom

You can use Microsoft Explorer to watch videos on Flash with the sound on your iPad. It costs $24.99 and the downside is that you need your computer turned on to use Win8 Metro Testbed, but still, is a great way to experience the new platform on an Apple device.

In order to use the app you need to download Splashtop´s Streamer (http://www.splashtop.com/streamer/download).
