Windows 8 Ultimate tile theme-pack is a creation of a deviant art user JamesHD2K (http://jameshd2k.deviantart.com/), and according to author it contains :
Two full blown themepacks with red, blue, green and yellow versions, three of each color. There’s two themepacks in the included zip file. One for 16:9 displays (1920×1080) and one for 16:10 displays (1728×1080). Included with the 16:9 pack is a special Ultimate black themed wallpaper as well
