Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 7 (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/downloads/ie-10/worldwide-languages) and Windows Server 2008 R2 was released yesterday, and quick on its heels come the Language Packs. The Internet Explorer 10 Language Packs install language-specific resource files, that allow users to view the Internet explorer 10 user interface in a language of their choice. Over 185 languages are supported.
You will be able to install the Language Pack on Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and higher Service Pack and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 and higher Service Pack. Do note that the operating system Language Pack for the desired language must also be installed.
Visit Microsoft Download Center (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36804) and click the Download button for your Language Pack to start the download. To start the installation immediately, click Open but if you want to save the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save.
