Microsoft has now removed the following updates

KB2938439
KB2937592
The following Preparatory Updates are still posted as Windows Updates, and they can be found here (http://www.windows8newsinfo.com/smf/index.php?topic=25839.0)
If you are still interested in downloading "Windows 8.1 Spring 2014 Update" Mega (http://www.windows8newsinfo.com/smf/index.php?topic=25837.0) was still active. I DO NOT know if these files contain the Preparatory Updates or not.
