Microsoft has long provided a very useful troubleshooting tool called the Microsoft Office Configuration Analyzer (OffCAT), and now version 1.2 has been released.

Version 1.2 adds enhancements such as redesigned screens to accommodate more tools on a single scan screen, a new links page (Office Alerts) that consolidates related support documents, and Key Management Services activation issues, among other things.

Microsoft Office Configuration Analyzer 1.2 works with Office 2003, 2007, 2010, and 2013, but some of the recent feature additions offers better support for troubleshooting Office 365 issues.
