Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10056 release notes got leaked today. It includes only one new feature and number of bug fixes. The one new feature is related to Project Spartan. Users can now save PDF documents to desired location using Save As tag. Also, Spartan browser will be the default browser when an user installs Windows 10.
