While the community is waiting for a new Windows 10 preview build to be officially released by Microsoft, the company itself is busy improving things internally and fixing all the bugs ahead of launch.

Ahead of the big launch on July 29.

But information provided by Russian leaker WZor, who has so far provided many accurate details on Microsoft projects, reveals that the software titan is very close to pushing Windows 10 to RTM — that is to say that development of the operating system is almost complete.

RTM, of course, stands for ‘Release to manufacturing’, a term that defines that a software product is ready to be delivered or provided to customers.

This comes as no surprise, as we are getting very close to the moment when Microsoft finally takes the wraps off Windows 10, but according to the leaker the company is likely to make a decision on this soon, before handing the copies to partners.

And obviously, releasing the RTM version to Windows Insiders.

Redmond has been rather quiet, and not talked much about the final version of the operating system, as it wants to save a few surprises for July 29.

But with the clock already ticking on the public launch of the OS, at the very least, we can expect the next few builds that get officially released to be highly polished and near to the final version.

I like Wzor, especially when he leaks the RTM. I have a feeling that he will leak the RTM since he leaked Windows 7, Windows 8 and 8.1.
