Title: Reserve Windows10

I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center 64-bit and haven't got the windows10 reserve button on the task area.
I do have the KB2976978, but not KB3035583.
I manually downloaded the latter, but on installing get told it's not compatible for my PC (a Sony Vaio, 4gb Ram,Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo T8100 @ 2.10GHz) and it's now fully updated through Windows Update.
So will I get Win10 when it's due out?

According to Microsoft if your copy of Windows 8.1 is legal, you will be eligible for the Free Upgrade to Windows 10 at launch.
