New Start orb animation
Taskbar improvements have been made to accomodate 24%-39% more icons depending on resolution
Windows Media Center updates
Paint icon changed
Calculator icon changed
Sticky Notes icon changed
Windows 7 Professional is there instead of Business
No more send feedback buttons in every window

Thanks java. I'm currently running Build 7048 x64, and I'm impressed with the new changes.
